Requirements:

Validity: Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. (Proof of purchase needed)

Service Area: Only valid in the Gauteng area, within a 35km radius from installation company. Additional travelling charges over and above 35km, AA rates to apply for extra travelling.

Activation: Once installation voucher has been purchased, call to schedule your installation. Contact details on the installation voucher.

Your Installation Voucher Includes:

• Installation of 1 x DSTV Decoder or OpenView Decoder only, of customers choice.
• Or, re-installation of 1 x DSTV Decoder or OpenView Decoder only, of customers choice.
• Install cable management supplied by customer.
• Install DSTV Decoder or OpenView Decoder to existing DSTV Dish or DSTV Network.
• Connect DSTV Decoder or OpenView Decoder to existing power source.
• Connect TV and tune into the installed DSTV Decoder or OpenView Decoder, WITHIN five meters of the Decoder.
• Tune in additional TV points within the same house hold, connected to existing TV network.
• Installation voucher entitles customer to the first hour labour free.
• Installation cleanliness.

Terms & Conditions

• The voucher allows the installation of a DSTV Decoder or OpenView Decoder only.
• Customer to supply DSTV Decoder or OpenView Decoder.
• Purchased, DSTV Decoder or OpenView Decoder, MUST be functional and in working order.
• Customers DSTV Satellite Dish or DSTV Satellite Network or Wi-Fi Network MUST be functional and in working order.
• Any additional TV points within the same house hold, MUST be functional and in working order with best picture quality.
• Any additional hardware required for the completion or upgrading of the installation, will be at the home owner’s expense.
• Any cosmetic change to the installation surface, is the sole responsibility of the home owner.
• The first hour labour is free. Additional labour will be charged at R 250 per hour.
• Should New Spirit or their representatives be required to move any equipment or furniture, New Spirit or its representatives are fully indemnified against any responsibility arising from any damages.
• We offer a 12-month warranty on workmanship.
