1. Return Window

• We offer a 7-day return window starting from the date the client receives the order.

2. Return Process

• If you wish to return an item, please contact us within the 7-day period to initiate the return process.
• The item must be repackaged in the supplied packaging for safe transportation.
• We will arrange for a courier to collect the item at your convenience.
• Please note that due to the fact that customised products cannot be resold, we will not accept returns for customised products unless they were damaged or faulty upon arrival from the courier.

3. Condition of the Item

• Upon return, the item will be inspected for any damage.
• If the item is in the same condition as when it was sent, you will be refunded the full amount minus the cost of two courier fees (return and initial shipping).
• If the item is damaged, but repairable, a discounted refund will be paid.
• If the item is completely damaged beyond repair, unfortunately no refund will be paid.

4. Refund Method

• Refunds will be processed via a refund on the Payfast Payment Gateway where the original payment was made or a standard EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to the banking details provided by the client within 5 days of New Spirit receiving the returned goods.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
• We will either repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section:

• faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
• damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
• damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
• damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
• damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product;
